Not only do they show how to make the recipe, they also explain just what makes it delicious without using butter, white flour, or eggs. Yields 24 cookies
Pre-heat oven to 375*
2 cups almond flour (256 grams)
½ cup coconut flour (64 grams)
1 cup coconut oil (or ghee) (227 grams)
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax seed + 6 tbsp warm water)
3/4 cup coconut sugar (150 grams)
1 tsp baking soda (6 grams)
1 tsp vanilla extract (4.2 grams)
2 cups vegan chocolate chips (175 grams)
1 tsp fine sea salt (5.69 grams)
1 tsp flakey sea salt (~3 grams)
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until golden brown

  2. I’m confused-is there really 1 cup of almond butter in these cookies? It is in your recipe but not in your video.

    1. Our mistake! We tried out almond butter in a previous version, but ended up taking it out. It’s now off of the listed recipe. Thank you for pointing that out ☺️
